Shipping policy

**Turnaround time is typically next business day, but please allow up to 2-3 business days for them to leave my hands. Insurance and Priority Shipping upgrades are available. Please upgrade your shipping if you'd like added protection.**

Delays are possible, and expected, during the holidays. We are not responsible for delayed/missing packages. 

Please remember to type your address carefully and to double check spelling to avoid errors in shipment. I’m not responsible for mistaken addresses or errors made by the buyer in checkout or wrong shipment due to incorrect address entries.

If for some reason the package is sent back to me, you re-pay the shipping costs for re-shipping.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If an order does not reach the intended address and is deemed lost, we will contact the carrier and report the package so that an investigation can begin, if you paid for insurance or Priority Shipping. If the order cannot be located, a new order will be sent to the customer.

We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier.  We will contact the carrier to verify that the order was indeed shipped to the correct address, but the customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages.  We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.
